Calisthenics Day 4 Shoulders Routine: Standing T Raise
Welcome to the Flat Earth Fitness fourth day routine for the shoulders. The 1st exercise is called the Standing T Raise. Lets watch Coach Steve. Lets do 4 sets of around 30 reps. You can make your own weights if you don't have any. Steve uses cement in a yogurt container as the reusable mold with a metal pipe through it. Then wrap with foam and duct tape so it's safe to set down with a little force as you exercise. Professional weights can be expensive. You can make your own weight set for cheap.
