It would be best not to challenge Joe Biden's blanket pardon of the members of the J6 Committee and their staffs. The DOJ should only investigate J6 Committee activities to obtain facts, not to support prosecution by the DOJ. Instead, DOJ investigations should aid the hearings in the House that investigates the conduct of J6 Committee members. The House should subpoena J6 Committee members and their staff. The consequences of ignoring a House subpoena can easily be described by Steve Bannon. Any member or staff of the J6 Committee with a pardon from Joe Biden is prohibited from claiming protection under the 5th Amendment. If they tell the truth, they describe themselves as the loathsome people they are. If they lie under oath, they commit perjury, a jailable offense not covered by Joe Biden's pardons. The intent should be to allow the American people to see the truth through open and televised hearings. This course of dealing with the J6 Committee members and their staffs that lets them paint themselves as liars and traitors is much preferable to prosecutions in court that rest on the preponderance of the evidence. Personally, I think they'll use jail in court prosecution before revealing themselves as anti-American thugs before a House committee. Furthermore, the hearings in the House will reveal much about House members, revelations that can be decisive in the primaries and 2026 U.S. House elections.

Close that jail and turn it into a tourist attraction, ala Alcatraz.

Glad to know Julie is in communication with President Trump. One of the real hero’s of the movement.

NO Texts can ever be deleted!!! They are available on my he carriers clouds. Any lack of texts because they were “deleted “ that’s bullshit.

The preemptive pardons are Unconstitutional & invalid, don't use Google, use duckduckgo & search it. Every legal website says the president cannot preemptively pardon anyone for crimes that MAY be committed, they have to have already been charged & convicted before a pardon can be issued, otherwise the president is just waiving all the laws. An investigation doesn't qualify either! The ONLY reason the Nixon pardon was allowed to stand was because nobody challenged it, therefore the Court's didn't get involved, the court's don't have the power to arbitrarily issue an opinion about it! Pam Bondi, or any other attorney, needs to put forth a challenge to the Supreme Court & get this clarified. What I think is funny is how the lamestreme media was having a conniption fit when Trump was considering doing it, yet they're perfectly fine with Biden actually doing it! Total hypocrisy, but then again, what else is new?!
