The bust was done by @delbius Del Harvey back in 2004 when she worked for Perverted Justice. If you are familiar with To Catch a Predator with Chris Hansen you might recognize her as one of the commonly used underaged female decoys on the show. Unfortunately, Paul Short was never apart of one of the investigations that Chris Hansen was directly involved in.
