Why CM Punk has REAL HEAT with HULK HOGAN?

On last night's WWE Raw on Netflix CM Punk was asked about fellow Royal Rumble participants John Cena, Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn to which Punk cut an excellent promo on all of them, BUT Punk may have went off script (for reasons I shall explain) and also unexpectedly cut a promo on Hulk Hogan!
