"Before I formed you in your mother’s womb, I knew you.” Those words, spoken by God Almighty to the prophet Jeremiah, jumped off the pages of Scripture and into my heart.I, like Jeremiah, was known by the Creator of Heaven and earth Himself. Our identity is important to Him but why isn’t it important to us? Why do we go through life like we are here without purpose or meaning? As a Christian, if your faith is rock solid in the Savior but deep inside there is a longing to know who you are, you are not alone.

In, Israelite: How to Know Your Identity Without Losing Your Savior, I share my journey of faith and identity and how both intersect to tell the story of a unique nation within nations. A nation that is called the “apple of God’s eye,” “chosen,” and “set apart.” I contend that African Americans and Black people dispersed to the four corners of the earth via the TransAtlantic and Arabic Slave Trades are the true children of Israel and why born again believers in the Savior must know who they are as the end of the world rapidly approaches.
