Is TikTok Getting Soft Banned in The West?

In this video, a bit of attention is given to the current day events around the inevitable American pursue of a nationwide "TikTok" ban. Although as I detail in the video, it's not so much of a hard ban as it is a soft ban, as it still allows users to access TikTok past January 19th, it just prohibits the app's vendors from allowing it to be re-downloaded or updated.

Something that hasn't been very well explained is that whether or not people will still be able to gain access to TikTok's website after the ban. I go into all of the necessary details in the video (but yes you can still get onto the website... for now ;) )
