Southport murderer - what you need to know

In a shock development, 18-year-old Axel Rudakubana, from Lancashire, pleaded guilty to the murders of nine-year-old Alice da Silva Aguiar, six-year-old Bebe King and seven year old Elsie Dot Stancombe in Southport.

An inquiry into last July's Southport stabbings has been announced by the Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper.
