Islam Makhachev dominated Renato Moicano on one day’s notice. That didn’t answer any questions for us. Merab Dvalishvili may not have anyone that’s close to him at bantamweight right now. That’s a crazy statement. Bantamweight has been the best division in the UFC for some time. Merab Dvalishvili has beat the best it has to offer already. There may be nobody else.

Jiri Prochazka got a great win over Jamahal Hill at UFC 311 as well. The former champions went to town on each other and it was Jiri Prochazka that did the clubbing. This leads me to say that Jiri Prochazka doesn’t have a chin problem, he has an Alex Pereira problem.

Jailton Almeida snagged a good win over Serghei Spivac. But that’s heavyweights.

Reinier de Ridder managed to get a fantastic win over Kevin Holland at UFC 311 too. After struggling with Gerald Meerschaert, I was worried that Reinier de Ridder was damaged goods. It seems he is getting his confidence back. There’s a new name at 185. It’s the Dutch Knight.
