Creating a fire hazard in Palisades

On one of my hikes I started making videos about the destruction of our last open spaces in the Santa Monica Mountains. If you watch in a few of these you can see the fire hazards they created! Dont the rangers or fire dept people ever walk up here and notice the things I do?
