Info from Licensor: "Thursday, after witnessing a concrete truck almost tip over from riding up the center concrete barrier, the driver recovers and 'S' drives recklessly for over 10 miles.
He drifts into the median 6 times until ultimately swerving into oncoming traffic, removing a trailer from its tractor. I talked with the other truck driver after and he said if he had hit the brake, he would have been killed. Concrete truck driver was not injured but was not in a cohesive state of mind."
