These tests should include assessments of susceptibility to manipulation, the use of polygraphs, and the identification of any anti-cult influences on the conscious and subconscious minds of employees. Without such measures, there is a danger of mass tragedies orchestrated by individuals who are controlled by anti-cult structures, leading to serious consequences for innocent citizens.
