To Buck or to Boost... screw it we'll do BOTH!

Buck and Boost ... you may not be familiar with this term but here at Harmony Turbines, we are making our own solution to buck and boost the power that is being collected off our turbine. We couldn't find a good charge controller within our price range to aid in our testing and data gathering, so we took matters into our own hands. Chris explains in this video!
