Banning Under 16's From Social Media is a Terrible Idea

In this video, I go through some news articles discussing the recent decision by the Australian government to ban under 16's from accessing a select few of the largest social media companies. Not only that, I also talk about the ramifications of the ban, the future impact, as well as how other countries such as the UK are also considering their own social media ban for children and those under 16.

We need to take our civil liberties and freedoms seriously, whilst keeping in mind the effects freedom online may have on those who are either too ignorant to acknowledge the dangers of a free internet, or too stupid to care.
