Holy Father in Heaven,
I celebrate the gift of life today, embracing its imperfections and honoring the blessings that make each day precious. I am grateful for the freedom you given us, the discernment to choose, for the capacity to think, reason, and remember, and for every moment free from pain. I acknowledge the times I've overlooked the beauty in my life and express thanks for all the blessings that enrich me. I praise your goodness, your grace, and your love. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
