Reject: A Super Superhero Story (Character Introduction)

*This is Fridge whose real name is Jon Ray Thomas. He was once a Marine Captain who while in Afghanistan was tasked with assisting CIA operatives in their investigation into a former Taliban occupied village that had recently gone dark. Said village had been enduring constant bombardment from the Navy yet after all other bombings chatter from that village was still intercepted by CIA until it wasn't. Knowing something must be up, CIA and Thomas' unit went in and found that the Taliban had dug extensive tunnels under that city and during one dig an ancient cave had been discovered. Inside the cave were all the villagers, all surrounding a glowing blue sculpture that had on it a raised depiction of a terrible looking man sitting on a throne of skulls. Immediately after that Relief was found the CIA operatives ordered everyone away before quarantining the entire village so none could enter without proper authority. But Thomas never forgot that Relief and how all the dead villagers seemed to have attacked each other, killed each other, right in front of it. Thomas also couldn't forget how after that Relief was seen he and his men began to act rather strange. They never attacked one another but they did get amped up with bravery and anger, situations they once would have been cautious towards becoming situations they quickly ran into without care. Worst of all, Thomas gets a bad conduct discharge when he discovers the Colonel above him is covering up war crimes that one private military contractor, that this Colonel had money invested in, had done. Thomas beats that Colonel up so badly the man never walks again and, though, that Colonel and the mercenaries he was trying to protect do go to prison, Thomas cannot avoid punishment as well. He leaves the Corps, gets married, and becomes a Fire Chief for a small Parish in Louisiana. That is until his beloved wife is brutally murder, her body dismembered and shoved into his fridge. It is an act that gains Fridge his name, and an act that gets Thomas life in Angola until after ten years he escapes to enact his revenge [AI Art]*
