Outgoing FBI Director Wray gifted Attorney General and head of Department of Justice, Merrick Garland a Thompson or Tommy gun as a gift. The Thompson would be an assault weapon, or a weapon of war, that the Attorney General has wanted to ban as part of the Biden Administration.
