Mission 37: Guns
Lincoln meets with Connie Demarco to discuss the guns racket run by Pete Santini. Connie explains that Pete oversees protection for train shipments in Barclay Mills, making sure they arrive safely—for a price. Pete is also in charge of running guns for Sal Marcano and Enzo Conti. Connie advises Lincoln to disrupt Pete's gun operation, knowing it will deal a significant blow to his business and weaken Marcano's network.

Mission 38: Garbage
Lincoln visits Maria Bava at the Di Napoli Waste Removal dump, where she nervously asks for his help. Maria explains that her boss, "Puppy" Paul Simmons, has been extorting garbage drivers, illegally dumping waste into the bay, and even committing murder. She overheard him arguing with a hitman over payment for a killing, and she suggests Lincoln speak with other employees at the dump to gather more intel. Reassuring Maria that she made the right choice, Lincoln leaves to investigate further.

Mission 39: Get Enzo Conti
Lincoln calls Enzo Conti to inform him that Barclay Mills is gone and Sal Marcano will likely kill him for losing the district. Lincoln proposes a deal: protection in exchange for intel on Marcano's casino project. Enzo agrees to meet at the Chitimacha Hill Quarry, where he recognizes Lincoln as Sammy Robinson's foster son and expresses his condolences. Enzo reveals that Remy Duvall is the man behind the casino, owning the land and providing the paper trail to keep Sal's hands clean. With Olivia Marcano keeping Duvall under watch in Frisco Fields, Enzo confirms Sal’s intentions to go legit while betraying his allies in the process.
As they prepare to leave, Marcano’s men arrive. Lincoln and Enzo fend them off, and Enzo decides to destroy the quarry to deny Marcano its use. Lincoln plants explosives around the site while handling waves of attackers, and they escape as the quarry is destroyed. Lincoln then drops Enzo off at the Carousel Hotel in Delray Hollow, where his girlfriend Henrietta lives.
