Disoriented Driver Crashes Into Multiple Parked Vehicles

Info from Licensor: "I woke up at 9:30 AM from a morning nap to the sound of things getting smashed. I walked out onto my balcony with my phone and saw a maroon vehicle repeatedly smashing into cars parked on both sides of the street. I started recording the rampage before calling 911 once I realized it was a very serious problem. I overheard police officers later on mention he was under the influence of heroin, the vehicle was stolen, and he was caught smashing windows at a Dollar General where he was ultimately tazed."
