The Shayna Hubers jury has recommended a life sentence for the fatal shooting of her boyfriend Ryan Poston. Judge Dan Zalla said Wednesday he will sentence Hubers at 1 p.m. Oct. 18, following a pre-sentencing hearing. The defense attorney had asked for a 20-year sentence for Hubers, who got a 40-year sentence after her original conviction in 2015
