Water Spouts in the Mediterranean (Sailing La Vagabonde) Ep. 2

A little video put together from our 5 day sail from Crete to Malta. Some bad weather for the first 24 hours, first encounter with water spouts (we ran into 4 in one day..)! Finally caught some Tuna trawling.. after 3 months worth of trawling in the Med.. Arrived in in beautiful Malta, and discovered a few problems:

-The bilge was pumping more than usual.. turns out the 'stuffing box' is taking in water.
-The auto pilot was also making strange creaking noises.. Riley climbed into the TINY stern cabin (which I believe an octopus would struggle to squeeze into) and the rudder has broken free of its casing.. we believe when we ran aground in Turkey this is what has caused it.. better we have discovered this now rather than half way across the Atlantic..
-Also the wind speed indicator has given up on life. Need's to be looked at.

On the bright side tomorrow I get to set up the Christmas tree.
