Anatomy of a Children’s Protective Services (CPS) case.

We are reporting on a Child Protective Services (CPS) case where
El Paso County Department of Human Services (DHS)
placed five children with two relatives who schemed
to create a "micro" child trafficking ring. The county
did not perform good faith due diligence and all the children
from the same family have been harmed. The sex abusers
live-streamed the assaults. Is this happening in your town?
