I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer not long ago and for the last month the Uconnect system has been shutting down and restarting every 5 - 6 minutes. Looking for answers here on how to resolve this problem.

-28th of August – Dealership Service Department Visit
• What Uconnect Problem? Didn’t Know There Was a Uconnect Problem.

-Morning of 31st of August in the parking lot of a store waiting for it to open

-Afternoon of the 31st of August coming home from the grocery store

-Next visit is the 14th of September

-Things I’ve tried myself from researching online:
1. In your Phone’s Settings, in Bluetooth, remove Uconnect in My Devices (Click on it and click on “Forget This Device”). Turn your phone off, then back on. In Uconnect within the Jeep, press the Start button without your foot on the break to go into accessory mode. Click on the Phone icon, then remove all Bluetooth devices. Perform a Uconnect reset. Press on both the Volume knob and the Scroll knob for around 10-15 seconds. Once the Uconnect comes back up, link your phone back up to Uconnect and it should work.
2. In your phone settings, turn on the airplane mode for about a minute, and the turn back off. Turn off the WiFi, and leave it off. Next, in settings, turn off the Bluetooth for a one minute, then turn Bluetooth back on. Connect the phone to Bluetooth within UConnect, and the phone will link. Now turn back on WiFi in the phone’s Settings. Best of luck!
3. I’ve tried removing all Bluetooth connections from Uconnect in the vehicle and the Uconnect Bluetooth connection from the phone, leaving the phone in the house, resetting Uconnect, then driving around and I still have the problem.

-Online JEEP Forum Comments:
Clearly Jeep rushed this vehicle and the Grand Cherokee L...we have a Grand Cherokee L and have constant issues with uconnect, the android auto will not connect wirelessly.

The bluetooth constantly disconnects and the screen goes black.

The dealer has no fix and says basically live with it until a software update comes out. Mechanically we have had zero issues however the software problems are a nightmare.
