2 Arrested with Bad NIK Test Conducted

A car was stopped for "expired plates, " but both people in the car are arrested. The cops conducted a vehicle search and then conducted a bad NIK test on an unknown powder. The passenger in the car was claiming excessive use of force conducted on her.
