Exfoliate: After brushing your teeth, brush your lips as well,

Highlight: take shimmery highlighter or any light-colored concealer and apply it above

the concealer reflects lights and causes lips to appear fuller.

Cinnamon: cinnamon actually creates a warm sensation that increases blood circulation
and gives a temporary fuller look to lips. Make a paste using one tablespoon of sugar,
cinnamon powder and coconut oil each in a spoon. Mix well and scrub your bare lips using
this cinnamon scrub for 1-2 minutes. Rinse it with warm water and you’ll see instant pouty-effect.
The effects will last for 4-5 hours.

Lip-liner: Kylie Jenner gets her fuller lips by over-lining her lips using a nude lip-liner.
You can also accentuate your lips using nude colored liner. Create a shadow
by “over-lining” your bottom lip, just slightly outside your natural lip-line but don’t over-draw
your upper lip because it will look fake. Once you are done with lining, fill in your lips using
the same nude lip-liner and brush the edges to get rid of any harsh edges.
