Fast Bullets are More Accurate

While long range precision shooting is difficult to master, the effect that distance has on bullet dispersion comes form the shooter's ability to clearly see and hold on the target while firing the shot. All other exterior ballistic bullet dispersion factors are a function of time of flight, not distance.
