Mad Max: Dinki Di and the Minefield

Mad Max's companion Dinki Di helped to clear a minefield in order to help reduce the Jeet territory level. This in turn will help me to obtain the level 4 harpoon upgrade I am currently seeking.
I also understand more on the "wheels" car (500 scrap car) as I try to collect it and fail in a funny way.
