Oakland County Sheriff’s Captain passes away after distinguished career

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the loss of Captain Gary Miller. Miller passed away on Saturday August 25 after battling an illness. He was the Commander of the Sheriff’s Office Substation in Pontiac. Miller’s career was spent helping others; he was also a top detective in the Sheriff’s Special Investigations Unit for many years.
