Always CLASSIC White Bread Recipe

When your ready for this wonderful classic, this is a great simple recipe to give a try. No kneading or messy flour, right from the mixing bowl into the loaf pan. The Vital Wheat Gluten Flour ingredient may be left out but makes the bread a little fluffier.

Recipe:
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Vital Wheat Gluten
1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
1 Standard envelope Instant Yeast, plus 3/4 teaspoon
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Whole Milk
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Bake at 350 degrees for 22-27 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
