Construction begins to expand MAX bus services along Prospect, into downtown

Ride KC’s Bus Rapid Transit line, also known as MAX, will be expanding its services along Prospect Avenue and into downtown. The line serves highly-populated corridors throughout KC. Construction began Monday on the downtown portion, focusing on the transit facilities on 12th and Grand. Work will begin at Petticoat and Main on Sept. 12. Construction should finish up at both locations by the end of 2018.
