Oklahoma’s National Guard was selected to go to the Horn of Africa to build infastructure. Its between 2000-3000 men and women on tax payer money. Why not send these 3000 to North Carolina or hawaii or even california. Why use tax payer money to send americans in uniform to build Africa instead of Rebuild battered America?
