Rebuttal witnesses called in Shayna Hubers retrial

A clinical psychologist said that while Shayna Hubers has a borderline personality disorder, she does not have post-traumatic stress disorder. Dr. Dustin Boyd Wygant, a rebuttal witness for the prosecution, disagreed with the defense psychologist’s diagnosis of PTSD when he testified in Hubers’ murder retrial Monday.
