Louisville Kentucky Police come under fire in the middle of a homicide investigation

on Sunday, Jan. 5. Officers found a woman who had been seriously injured in a shooting on Cypress Street. She later died at the University of Louisville Hospital from her injuries. Joshua Miller was later arrested and charged with her murder.
