SWEET and Tart White Chocolate Cranberry Blondies Recipe

Here's an extra special treat! Chewy Blondies combined with white chocolate and cranberries with a little dash of orange just to make it even better. Hope you love this treat and the recipe is below.

Batter:
3/4 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups packed Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, room temperature
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup dried Cranberries
6 Ounces White Chocolate Bar

Icing:
1 - 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 Tablespoon Orange zest
6 Ounces White Chocolate Bar

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-21 minutes. Let fully cool before adding icing and sprinkle some cranberries and top with the remainder of the melted white chocolate. Use a 9 x 13 pan
