Good morning!
Some morning routines for day traders that I do every morning:

👉Wake Up Early: Start the day early to prepare mentally and physically before the market opens.

👉Hydrate: Drink water to rehydrate after sleep and improve focus. Bonus points if you add sea salt to wake up the cells in your body.

👉Meditate or Practice Mindfulness: Spend 15-20 minutes meditating to enhance mental clarity and reduce stress.

👉Stretching: Do light stretches or yoga to relieve tension and improve blood flow.

👉Workout: Engage in a 20-30 minute workout for energy and focus.

👉Intermittent Fasting: Skip breakfast to stay sharp and maintain focus; some traders prefer trading on an empty stomach.

👉Review Market News: Stay updated on economic reports, global markets, and stock-specific news. I use forexfactory.com

👉Plan the Day: Review strategies, and identify key levels or setups.

This routine balances physical, mental, and professional preparation.
