U.S. Marine Corp Lance Corporal Jonathan Waygandt witnessed first hand a crashed UFO in Peru. It's seems the United States, in conjunction with other countries, has a base there whose sole purpose is to TRACK AND SHOOT DOWN UFO's. This is the trans national organization I have been talking about in other videos.
These are the kinds of individuals we need to get in front of Congress ~ MILITARY PEOPLE WITH FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE OF THESE CRAFT! That has not happened yet.
