Role of a Teacher

Who preaches at our churches? Is it teachers, pastors or both? What is the role of the office of a teacher? What is the difference between teaching a small congregation versus a large one? Can those who aren't operating in the office of a teacher even teach? How do i identify someone who is a teacher in that office?
