Overland Park police standoff ends peacefully with subject in custody

Overland Park, Kansas, police engaged in a four-hour standoff Sunday with an armed and possibly suicidal man near 121st and Grant streets. Good commuication and officers' crisis intervention training helped ensure a peaceful ending.
