Mexico facility offers support for migrants facing extreme violence

Mexico City mental health facility, Doctors Without Borders’ Comprehensive Care Center, is one of the few of its kind to support migrants who have endured unthinkable acts of violence, including rape, kidnapping and torture. Fiona Jones reports.
