In 2017, #Camerontucker kept his dangerous #pitbull s behind a low fence walking distance from #flstantonelementary school near #Atlanta . So it was no surprise when they jumped the fence and attacked two children walking to school. One of them, 6-year-old #Loganbraatz died from his injuries while the other , #Syarisanders , was sent straight to hospital. Prosecutors sought involuntary manslaughter charges for Tucker but Judge #Jessylall gave him only reckless conduct and one year in prison for this misdemeanor charge. Atlanta City Council said they would review the rules on owning dangerous dogs near schools but nothing ever came of it. #JudgeLall mentioned if neighbors had made a police report about the dogs, that would have made a difference.
