7 Pieces of Bacon (crumbled for topping)
3-4 Large Potatoes, cubed
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2-3 Carrots, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
6 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons Butter
Pinch of Salt
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
Fresh Chives (for topping)
