Detectives investigating suspicious death after man's body found alongside Polk County road

Polk County detectives are investigating a suspicious death. Authorities say the body of a man was found off to the side of Moore Road, just south of Deen Still Road, in northern Polk County on Friday night. The body was discovered around 9:45 p.m. Detectives worked Saturday before positively identified the deceased as 54-year-old David Ray Brady of Zephyrhills. The investigation into how Brady died is ongoing. If anyone has any information about Brady's death they are encouraged to call the Polk County Sheriff's Office at (863) 298-6200.
