On a visit to the doctor Rab is diagnosed with a cancerous growth in his stomach and has to go to the oncology department for chemotherapy. He loses his hair but because the wig shop is very expensive he buys a joke Beatle wig instead. However, whilst visiting the weird family of Gash's betrothed, Natalie, he collapses and has to be admitted to hospital.
