While everybody hates nosy neighbors, just imagine living next to someone so nosy that he one day decides to call the cops on your 8-year-old daughter for the silliest of reasons.
Imagine no more, because this exact scenario recently played out in Chicago when after mother Corey Widen let her 8-year-old daughter, Dorothy, take their family dog on a walk by herself around the neighborhood block.
