With looming US Tiktok ban, 100 million Americans in one day have downloaded the Chinese "Red Note" app?

Of course RED NOTE in China will have its censorship. When I went to China in 2006 I could not access my HOTMAIL ACCOUNT to check my emails and that was because the Chinese dictators don't want outside influence.
