On April 5th, 2024, an officer on patrol noticed a vehicle exceeding the speed limit. He immediately activated his emergency lights, but the driver managed to flee. Later, the officer spotted the same vehicle parked beside the road with its headlights on and approached it. Soon, the woman confessed that she had been driving her car while drunk. The officer administered a DUI test to the woman to determine her level of intoxication. While searching the woman’s bag, the officers discovered a small pouch containing coc*ine. The woman was charged with FLEE/ELUDE POLICE, possession of dr*gs, possession of coc*ine and traffic violation.
