“Monday’s on With Awe”

Verse 1:
It’s midnight in the Capitol
Shadows start to creep
A figure in a darkened hall,
Where secrets never sleep.
A voice whispers so softly,
“I’ll expose it all,”
“With awe and hidden laughter,”
“This will be a ball!”
He draws their guilty faces,
Their lies laid out to see.
With every skit,
He takes the stage,
For freedom’s comedy.
But it’s more than just laughter,
There’s purpose in his game.
To wake up those still sleeping,
And set their hearts aflame.

It’s satire under starlight,
The deep state takes a fall,
Fitz’s pen is like a scalpel,
Exposing them all.
From the halls of their corruption
To the secrets they once stored,
Monday’s on “With Awe”
Hits them harder than the sword.
