You been lied about everything! But you never did any research

Part of 'recovery', is to admit that:

* 'they' lied,
* YOU didn't review what YOU were being told,
* YOU didn't look CRITICALLY at 'their' information versus other information out there, oh, like from family members (whose ONLY obligation to YOU is to help YOU survive), and most of all...
* that YOU didn't think for YOURSELF.

NEVER FORGET - God gave YOU a brain, and it is YOUR responsibility, YOUR capability, YOUR job as a created being with YOUR OWN soul, to use it!

YOU cannot hand any of the above to another.

Love YOUR brain, YOUR authority, YOUR abilities, YOUR lessons, YOUR challenges and so much more because they are ONLY YOURS... and NEVER relinquish the control of ANY of these to ANYONE ELSE...

and if YOU have, then it is again YOUR responsibility to research, learn and apply potential remedies and cures.
