In part 2 of this video series, we demonstrate how to move away from those limiting beliefs and negative emotions associated with those negative beliefs, so that you can start to invite way more positive states of consciousness into your experience.

We demonstrate that the pathway away from fear and lack towards love, and peace starts with what Jen and I call the bridge, that bridge is called “Gratitude”.

In this six part video series we guide you to:

1. Guide you how to use gratitude as the bridge between to support you to move away from living in fear, anger and lack and support you to learn to live in love, peace, joy and abundance.
2. We describe in detail how your life experience is not unchangeable, where you are only a passive participant, but rather that it is completely malleable and that you can mould it to suite your unique needs, and expectations.
3. As you break the habit of being your limiting or negative self, you step into a new place of unlimited possibility, where you can begin, to consciously create the positive life experience that you both deserve an
4. We offer a umber of practical examples to help you to plot your course, from where you are to that new place, where love, joy and abundance are the catalysts, which create your life experience.
5. we examine your personality, so that you take the action necessary to ensure that your ingrained personality traits are supporting you to create the positive life experience that you desire.

We demonstrate that nothing happens despite you, but rather that you are the author of your own circumstances, which empowers you to shift away from a life experience that you dislike, to a way more positive place, by shifting your dominant thoughts and emotions away from fear, anger and lack, to a place of love, joy and abundance.
