The closer we get to God, the further we get from the world. In fact, one day as I stood among a huge crowdof believers gathering for an absolute fire conference, there was this one man who had begun sharing his story of him being a zookeeper and how he'd stood his whole life near lions, and throughout his many years taming lions, he would occasionally stand face to face with them, and as the lion began sharing his story of him being a zookeeper, and how he'd stood his whole life near lions, and throughout his many years taming lions he would occasionally stand face to face with them, and as the lion began to roar, the radiation that pulsed through the ground, the moistness and heat of his breath, and all the more the intensity of that great and mighty roar had this man walking away just a little more deaf than he was before, but did he hesitate to go on back and stand near that lion again..? Oh no, for the sound of his roar was something many experienceson this earth could never even come close to!! And as this man begins talking, he says loud and clear, That's what the lion of the tribe of Judah does to us, the magnificenceof standing near and knowing the sound of HIS roar makes us all the more deaf to the world, but nothing comes close to the roar.. that's why we keep on going back.. to hear His voice! What if His voice could be just that clear to you today? Just THAT mighty, just that extraordinary, well it can be, and all the more to those who long to hear it will in fact not only hear but find that as the lion roars, all other noise begins to still to a constant void! Let's awaken our hearts to that voice; let's take a moment and turn our ears a little more in check with the greatest King of all glory, the God of all wisdom enthroned upon all praises, for as we lock in, eye to eye, voice to voice, we will in fact find that the way of wisdom is all the greater than any other way of this world!
