Amazing Banana Nut Muffins for Breakfast, Brunch or anytime of the Day when you want to treat yourself, great with a cup of coffee or tea.

Banana Nut Muffins
Ingredients:
3 ripe Bananas, mashed
1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Nutmeg
1-1/2 Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter, soft
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg, roomtemp
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Walnuts, chopped & mixed with 1 tbsp Four

Topping:
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
1-1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Line Muffin Tin with homemade (optional 12-6" Parchment Paper Circles) or bought Muffin Liners.
Preheat Oven 425°F.
Combine Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Nutmeg, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt, whisk well.
Cream together Butter, Brown Sugar & Sugar.
Add Egg and Vanilla.
Mix in Sour Cream & Bananas.
Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches.
Mix in prepared Walnuts.
Fill Muffin Liners equally with Batter.
Combine Topping Ingredients and sprinkle over Batter.
Bake 5 Minutes, lower heat to 375°F.
Continue baking 16-18 Minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Rest 4 Minutes in Tin.
Remove and cool completely on Wire Rack.
